By requesting, scheduling, or accepting any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional garage door repair, installation, and related services performed by qualified technicians in accordance with industry standards. Estimates are provided based on information you supply and our initial assessment. The final scope and cost may vary after on-site inspection due to unforeseen conditions (e.g., hidden damage, rusted components, or non-standard setups). We reserve the right to refuse or modify Services if safety issues or non-compliance with codes are discovered.

2. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

  • All quotes and estimates are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales taxes unless specified.
  • We may charge for diagnostic time, travel (especially outside standard service areas), emergency/after-hours calls, or disposal fees.
  • Payment is due upon completion of Services unless other arrangements are approved in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (subject to any processing fees).

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upon satisfactory completion of Services.
  • You agree not to withhold payment for alleged defects without first allowing us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and remedy any issues.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate allowed by law) and collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees.
  • We may suspend future Services until outstanding balances are paid.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., property damage, lost use, personal injury, or business interruption) arising from or related to the Services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. In no event shall our total liability for any claim exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and clear access to the garage door system, including electricity and space for work.
  • Inform us of any known hazards, prior repairs, or special conditions.
  • Maintain the garage door system per manufacturer guidelines (e.g., annual lubrication and inspections recommended).
  • You assume responsibility for ensuring the site is suitable for the Services.

6. Safety and Liability

Garage door systems involve high-tension springs and heavy components that can cause serious injury or death if mishandled. Do not attempt DIY repairs on springs, cables, or openers. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from your failure to follow safety warnings, from third-party actions, or from use of the garage door system after our Services are performed.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice without charge (except for any non-refundable deposits).
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to our standard diagnostic or trip charge.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, supply shortages, or government actions.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation if needed, and then binding arbitration or courts in the county where Services were performed.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any written quote, invoice, or work order, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings. No modifications are effective unless in writing and signed by us.
